Let me tell you a few things about my professional growth

  • Connecting the dots

    Network Analyst

As an example of how when you work hard with total focus on a goal because you love what you do, and after developing a lot of resilience in the face of (now seen in perspective) convenient obstacles, at some point someone appears who values your sacrifice and bets on you. What is really interesting is that knowledge does not understand limits and that you have to continue surpassing yourself but this time with the bar higher. I encourage all those who are pursuing their opportunity on a path full of obstacles, not to give up because at some point every sacrifice will make sense.

  • Amazon as a growth platform

    Non-Inventory Receiver

During the COVID-19 pandemic and after moving to Jacksonville, Florida, I began working for Amazon, where I learned about the company culture, teamwork, and leadership principles, which allowed me to expand and improve my soft skills. Since 2022, I have been taking IT courses through the Amazon Career Choice program, earning certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, and Network+ as well as ISC2 CC.

  • Playing in major leagues

    System Administrator

Arriving in the USA in 2015 and settling in Miami, Florida, I began working in a company that allowed me to apply much of the theory learned at university in a production environment. As a System administrator in addition to managing the network devices and support softwares utilized by the company, I learned about user interaction, and customer satisfaction, along with basic electronics, microcontrollers, electrical circuit design, and embedded appliance.

  • Professional start

    Network Administrator

After graduating in 2013 as an Information Technology Engineer at the University of Granma, Cuba, I started working in some companies mainly as a network administrator, dealing with routers, switches, Linux servers, printers, user management, and support. In addition, I created software solutions for emerging problems in different areas. I was developing a broad spectrum of technical knowledge and skills that allowed me to handle IT-related situations that may arise.
